is ideal as a shade tree, a feature plant and in streets, thriving in a vast range of climatic conditions. Frost tolerant, and drought resistant, it will thrive in a moist and warm position but do well in other conditions. Its not picky when it comes to soil types either, whether well drained rocky soil or heavy clay, as long as it's able to access plenty of water, Luscious will grow well, in fact, 10+ meters tall in either full sun or part shade.
