Please follow these steps once you receive your eParcel delivery:
- Sign the customer approval form.
- Examine the goods immediately for any breakages or defects;
if there is a problem with the product

- When you call, a Gardening Central representative will help you decide which of the returns options best suits you;
- Write the reason for return on the delivery packing slip, which will provide us with the order number to aid in the processing of the return;
WHEN WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS
There are circumstances where Gardening Central cannot accept returned goods:
- If you have changed your mind decided you don't want the product;
- If the product has been used;
- Gardening Central cannot be held responsible for incorrect entry or unclear delivery address information and the customer will be liable for subsequent re-delivery costs.
