PRICE

The prices quoted in this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are fully inclusive of GST.

INVOICES

We at Gardening Central are doing our part to save the environment.

To save paper, all purchase invoices are sent electronically via email to the address on your user account. However, if you would like a printed invoice please specifically request to have one mailed to your billing address during checkout.

GARDEN LOVER CLUB MEMBERS

The Garden Lover’s Club rewards program is not currently available on Gardening Central. However, we do offer Garden Lover’s a 5% discount on their order (excluding freight). To claim your 5%, simply enter your membership number at checkout.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gardening Central Gift Voucher’s are REDEEMABLE ONLINE ONLY for the amount on the voucher and CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

- Gardening Central gift vouchers are NOT redeemable at Flower Power.

- Flower power gift vouchers are NOT redeemable at Gardening Central.

If you do not receive your gift voucher for any reason please contact us with in 14 working days from your order date and we will cancel your voucher code and issue you a new one.

ORDERING AND ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE

The products offered on this website are subject to availability and may be pulled down from the website at any time. Gardening Central reserve the right to refuse acceptance of an order request in part or full. Every effort will be made by Gardening Central to ensure your chosen items are supplied.

Dispatch procedures will commence once you have completed the order form and your payment details have been received.
Email confirmation will be sent out to you with the acceptance of the order.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Your credit card details are encrypted before transmission via the payment gateway eWay. eWay is Australia’s number one payment gateway and is totally secure. We also accept cheques, bank deposit and Paypal. We will deliver goods once payment has been accepted.

FRAUD

Parties involved in illegal activities when using gardeningcentral.com.au will be subject to criminal and civil prosecution. It is illegal to place orders under false names, with stolen credit cards or without permission of the cardholder. Persons found guilty of these acts WILL be prosecuted.
